بناءً على نظام السوق المالية الصادر بالمرسوم رقم (م/30) وتاريخ 1424/06/02هـ، وتعليمات تصريح تجربة التقنية المالية الصادرة عن الهيئة بتاريخ 1439/04/23هـ الموافق 2018/01/10م، والتي تهدف إلى توفير إطار تنظيمي يدعم ابتكار التقنية المالية (فينتك) في السوق المالية، أصدر مجلس الهيئة قراره بالموافقة على طلب تصريح تجربة التقنية المالية المقدم من شركة صك المالية لإنشاء منصة لطرح أدوات الاستثمار
وبناءً على هذا التصريح، سيكون بمقدرة شركة صك المالية تمكين المستثمرين من الحصول على فرصة للإستثمار وذلك عن طريق ترتيب عملية طرح صك على المستثمرين المسجلين في المنص لتملك أجزاء من الأمتار من أراضي زراعية
كما تود الهيئة الإشارة إلى أن هذا التصريح يأتي تزامناً مع بدء المرحلة الثالثة والتي سبق الإعلان عنها بتاريخ 2019/11/25م لاستقبال طلبات تجربة ابتكارات التقنية المالية ذات العلاقة بأعمال الأوراق المالية التي تخضع لإشراف الهيئة، كما افتتحت الهيئة في تاريخ 2020/10/01م المجال لاستقبال طلبات التصريح لتجربة التقنية المالية للمرحلة الرابعة
